Justus is the founder & CEO of Stratenergies Ltd and former CEO of Masefield AG, CEO of Capital Energy Resources Ltd and Falconmere (Pty) Ltd.

Justus has built a formidable network of active energy leaders and has extensive expertise in Strategic Energy/Petroleum Reserve Management. 

  

Justus has run global trading organisations and has been widely quoted and published in the energy media.

Neville has built a career at the intersection of fossil fuels and renewables, with over 15 years of experience in trading, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

 

As Managing Director at Ambrian Energy, he drives strategy and business development in biofuels and emissions trading, aligning commercial growth with evolving sustainability standards.

Previously, as Head of Renewables at Rosneft Deutschland, he led biofuels and emissions trading, developed sustainability strategies, and ensured regulatory compliance while driving commercial success. His expertise spans commodity trading, logistics, and market development, bridging traditional energy with the rapidly evolving low-carbon economy.

Jim has extensive experience in the energy sector on the creation, structuring and management of transactions and companies. Jim was instrumental in the development and listing of two public companies on the London Stock Exchange.

 

Jim founded Masefield AG, an energy company with a global presence active in the trading of fossil fuels and biofuels.Jim has a track record of delivering improvements and growth for stakeholders.

Pauline is a global finance executive with over 25 years international experience in corporate and structured finance, risk management in transactions and supply chain operations, predominantly in energy and metals industry.

Pauline has held operational and executive leadership roles with companies and banks active in the commodity industry and located in Europe and Africa. 

Pauline holds a degree in Business Studies and an Advanced Professional Diploma in Non-Executive Directorship and is passionate about developing cross cultural teams and supporting the next generation of leaders.
